We are LLM-agnostic. We can use any LLM. Our vision is to support all LLMs.

Please note:

• We have no clue what you’re recording in Cleft.
• We scrub our logs to remove any transcripts or notes from showing up
• We encrypt your data at rest and in transit.
• We have an integration with OpenAI
• We have a backup integration with Groq and Llama 3 for when OpenAI may have an outage to avoid interruption in the Cleft service.
• OpenAI does not use API calls, user data, or metadata submitted through their APIs to train their models.
