Navigating Cleft
Navigating the Cleft interface.
Universal navigation When using a desktop or mobile device, you can navigate the app using the same keyboard shortcuts.
Editor
The built-in editor allows you to directly record thoughts, alter and edit notes using markdown language, a lightweight and user-friendly syntax designed for text formatting.
Sidebar
You may minimize distractions by closing the left sidebar by clicking the window icon at the top left of the app on desktop.
Search
You may search through previous notes in Cleft.
You may open the sidebar and select the text box, or press the keyboard shortcut ⌘+S.
This lets you search both the header and body of your notes, for easy retrieval.
Search results are displayed in a order of creation.
View
You can easily view your original transcript by clicking the AI icon top right of the editor. Select it again to view the AI notes.
