Creating notes - Voice

Record your thoughts using Cleft. Turn your voice notes into usable text notes.

Start a Cleft note using Voice:

Click the “New Note” and select Voice Note

OR

Press ⌘ + N on your keyboard

Pause capture

To pause while recording a note: Press the “Pause” button to put your thought on hold

OR

Press space on your keyboard

To resume, press the “Resume” button (and don’t forget this step!)

Finish a note

To finish recording a new note:

Press “Stop Recording” button

OR

Press Enter on your keyboard

Cancel recording a note

To cancel the recording:

• Press “Cancel” button

  OR

• Press Esc on your keyboard
