Publish Public Links
Publish Your Clefts to share your thought process with context.
Publishing a Cleft
To publish your notes, click the share icon and select publish. You can select to include the original audio from the note along with the transcript or just the AI notes.
This will copy a link to your clipboard automatically.
The link directs others to a web page containing your note. This is a public link you can share anywhere without requiring the recipient to have a Cleft account.
Navigating a published Cleft
Recipients are presented with a web page like this containing the published cleft, optionally including the transcript, and audio file.
Users are showing us many ways they are starting to use published clefts:
-
Post the link on LinkedIn, Whatsapps, in Tweets, your internal Slack or Teams chats, and even emails as a super quick way to send a thought.
-
Folks are sending them to add further context to a wider note - in a changelog (like we do), in a blog post, in a report, in a weekly stand-up meeting, prior to a board meeting
-
Sending Cleft notes over and back, to have a deeper dialogue in an asynchronous conversation.
-
Sending a voice note, without adding the stress of HAVING to listen to it right away.
