## How they fit together

Most integrations fall into one of three patterns:

* **Native.** Built into Cleft. Apple Notes, Apple Reminders, Notion auto-send, and Local Sync (Obsidian / NotePlan / Drafts). One-tap setup, no extra tools.
* **Apple Shortcuts.** Recipes that call Cleft via URL scheme or Share Sheet, then hand off to a target app. Works on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
* **Zapier.** For tools without a native or Shortcut path. Trigger on new notes, note updates, tag changes, shared-link changes, or comments, then map Cleft fields into your destination app. See [Cleft Task Zaps](/user-guides/integrations/task-zaps-overview) for task workflows.
